Soccer Announces Spring Schedule

HARROGATE, TN -- Head men's and women's soccer coach Helio D'Anna announced the 2012 spring soccer schedule for both the Railsplitters and Lady Railsplitters on Friday morning. LMU will undertake a strong set of opponents as they begin preparation for the 2012 season.  

The Lady Railsplitters kick off the schedule with a matchup at Division I opponent Tennessee Tech on Saturday, February 25th. The following day, the Railsplitters travel to Nashville, Tennessee to take on Belmont University.

March 3rd and 4th serves as the annual LMU Indoor Tournament, with the women slated for the 3rd and the men scheduled for the 4th. Tex Turner Arena will host those matches.

Other highlights on the schedule include the women's participation in the Tennessee Collegiate Classic on April 14th where they will face off with Austin Peay State University and Maryville College. The men play at Libscomb University on March 10th and travel to East Tennessee State University on April 15th.
