LMU Basketball Teams Open SAC Tournament Play Tonight

HARROGATE, TN -- The Lincoln Memorial University basketball teams will begin their run for the South Atlantic Conference Tournament titles tonight.

The fifth-seeded men's basketball team (14-13) will play at #4 seed Catawba College (18-9) at 7 p.m. You can listen to the broadcast with Rusty Peace starting at 6:40 on 91.3 WLMU or online at www.913thegap.com. Live stats will also be available here.

The eighth-seeded Lady Railsplitters (11-16) will play at top seed and thirteenth-ranked Tusculum College (23-4) at 6 p.m. You can listen to Tusculum's broadcast of the game online here. Due to the time conflict with the men's game, Tusculum has allowed us to link to their broadcast so that Lady Railsplitter fans can hear the entire game. Live stats will also be available here.

The winners of tonight's games will advance to the SAC Tournament Quarterfinals this Saturday. Those games will be played at Catawba Valley Community College in Hickory, North Carolina.
