Freshman forward Dorian Pinson (Greenville, S.C.) has been named Railsplitter of the Week after leading the second-ranked Railsplitters to a 101-69 drubbing of the Queens Royals on Saturday afternoon at Tex Turner Arena. Pinson posted his most productive game in the Blue and Gray, scoring a career-high 18 points, grabbing seven rebounds, dishing out five assists and blocking three shots. The Greenville, S.C. native finished the contest with 6-of-7 mark from the field.
Pinson has appeared in all 16 games for the Railsplitters this season, starting the past 10. He's averaging 5.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per contest.
