The Lincoln Memorial University Athletic Communications staff coordinates the publicity and promotion of all 23 LMU athletic teams, including press releases, publications, statistical information, and the maintenance of the athletics website. The staff also oversees the operations of the press box and scorer's table at LMU home events.

Media
Members of the media planning to cover Railsplitter athletics should contact the appropriate member of the LMU athletic communications staff (listed below). Working space at the press box / scorer's table is limited, so please contact the appropriate staff member ahead of time. Wireless Internet access is available at all home events. Members of the media will be provided with game notes (when available), programs, statistics, and any other relevant materials. Box scores will be available at certain intervals throughout the game, including play-by-play printouts if requested.

Interviews
All requests for player and coach interviews must be made through the athletic communications staff. Players and coaches will be available following a 10-minute "cooling off" period after each home contest. Postgame interviews of visiting players and coaches will be available upon request. The athletic communications staff produces regular practice updates and pre-game interviews which can be made available upon request.

Radio
All requests for radio and Internet broadcasts must be made through the athletic communications staff at least one week in advance. A telephone line is available for basketball events. An internet cable is available for basketball events. Wireless internet is available for visiting broadcasts at all home baseball, basketball, softball and soccer events.

Video
Lincoln Memorial University provides online video streams of all home basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, and wrestling events. Visiting media wishing to bring their own camera to record video of highlights and/or pre-/post-game comments for later use are welcome. Please contact a member of the athletic communications staff in advance if power, internet, or other equipment is needed.
