Senior center Keenan Peterson (College Park, Ga.) posted back-to-back double-doubles this past week to help the second-ranked Railsplitters keep their unbeaten record intact. Peterson compiled 16 points and 15 rebounds in a commanding win over Brevard on Wednesday at Tex Turner Arena, and he followed that up by posting 19 points and 13 boards in 36 minutes of action in a narrow 62-58 win at Coker. The College Park, Ga. native finished the week with a 15-for-22 mark from the field while burying his only two three-pointers of the season. He added a season-high three blocks in the win over the Tornados.

Peterson is nearly averaging a double-double this season, scoring 10 points and grabbing 7.8 rebounds per game. He ranks third in the South Atlantic Conference in field-goal percentage, shooting 62 percent on 137 total attempts.
