Senior Nick Morabito (Vienna, Va.) has been named Railsplitter of the Week after earning back-to-back victories out of the bullpen in Lincoln Memorial's first series win over Wingate since 2011.

In Friday's home and South Atlantic Conference opener, Morabito was called in from the bullpen with two outs in the top of the fifth and the Railsplitters trailing 6-4. The Vienna, Va. native then spun four shutout innings, allowing only three hits with four strikeouts over that span, to get the win.
Morabito was the first one out of the bullpen in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader, and he tossed 2 1/3 innings of flawless relief as the Railsplitters rallied from a three-run deficit to capture an 11-8 victory.
He completed the series with 6 1/3 innings pitched, five strikeouts and three hits allowed.
Morabito did not have a win in his 27 previous career relief appearances.
