Sophomore setter Abby Cash (New Carlisle, Ohio) led the Lady Railsplitters to a 3-1 mark at the Pioneer Volleyball Classic this past weekend, topping 30 assists in all four matches. Following a 31 assist, 15 dig performance in LMU's three-set loss to Lander on Friday, Cash helped the Lady Railsplitters bounce back against Belmont Abbey with 39 assists and 12 scoops. The New Carlisle, Ohio native nearly recorded her third-consecutive double-double against Flagler on Saturday morning, tallying 31 assists and seven digs in a four-set triumph.

Cash capped the weekend in stellar fashion, recording 57 assists and 13 digs in a thrilling five-set win over the King Tornado. Cash's 57 assists is tied for seventh in LMU's single-match record book. No player has surpassed 55 kills in a single match for the Lady Railslpitters since Lauren Kiwacka accounted for 65 in 2007.

Cash currently leads the South Atlantic Conference in total assists with 265, while her 8.55 assists per set are the sixth most in the league.
