HARROGATE, Tenn. – The LMU women's tennis team used wins at the number three through six singles flights to capture the 6-3 win over Martin Methodist Saturday afternoon in the Indoor Tennis Complex.

LMU (6-2) picked up wins at no. 2 and no. 3 singles. At no. 2, Johanna Delisse and Julia Loos coasted to the 8-0 win while at no. 3 Angelica Solano and Julia Valls picked up the 8-3 win.

In singles, the Red Hawks won at no. 1 and no. 2. LMU won the next four flights to take the 6-3 match win. At no. 3, Loos cruised to the 6-2, 6-1 win while at no. 4 Valls had an easy time with the 6-1, 6-0 win.

The last two flights both were won by 6-1, 6-1 margins as Zellner won at no. 5 while Valls won at no. 6.

LMU is currently off until March 10, when they host Catawba in the South Atlantic Conference opener.
