Harrogate, TN- The Lady Railsplitters were home this afternoon taking on the Limestone Saints. This was Lincoln Memorial's second match up of the season against Limestone.
 
In quarter 1, LMU's defense was a strong presence as they kept the Saints from shooting until halfway through the quarter. Limestone made 4 shots in the first quarter but Keegan Gillman kept the Saints at zero.
 
In quarter 2, Limestone continued their shot attempts on goal. The Saints scored their first goal off a penalty corner, their second off a penalty stroke, and their third off an assist.
 
Quarter 3 and 4 were kept scoreless by both teams. Keegan Gillman did an excellent job in goal with 11 saves in the second half. LMU's defense did a fantastic job keeping the ball out of the goal and had 3 blocks as a team. Anella Rossi, Haley White, Olivia Rosini, and Katherine Brislin all made shot attempts in the second half.
 
The Limestone Saints took the victory over the Lady Railsplitters this afternoon, 3-0. Lincoln Memorial will be back in action this Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 12pm, at Newberry.
