Kade Millsaps has been named the South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Men's Wrestler of the Week, the Conference Carolinas office announced Tuesday.
 
Millsaps, a sophomore out of Robbinsville, N.C., pinned SACC opponents from No. 7 Lander on Tuesday and Emory & Henry on Saturday in the first period for a 2-0 week. Wrestling in the 141-pound weight class, Millsaps first collected a fall against Lander's Camden Taylor (0:35) before doing the same against Emory & Henry's Logan Arnold (1:34).
 
The pin against the Wasps propelled Lincoln Memorial to a 44-12 win, its first SACC triumph in program history.
 
This is the second conference honor of the season for the Railsplitters, as Nicholas Krauss earned the recognition on Nov. 29.
 
Lincoln Memorial takes on Coker and Belmont Abbey in a tri-dual on Saturday in Hartsville, S.C.
