LMU Women's Soccer Releases 2023 Schedule

Harrogate, TN – Head Women's Soccer Coach Tasha Flynn has released the Lincoln Memorial University Women's Soccer schedule for Fall 2023.

Coach Flynn will return for her second year as head coach with 26 returning and 11 incoming freshmen athletes.  The Lady Railsplitters had a strong finish in the 2022 season with three consecutive South Atlantic Conference (SAC) wins.

The Lady Railsplitters will open their 2023 season with three exhibition matches beginning on August 18 before heading out to Mount Olive University for their regular season opener on August 31.

LMU will play host to Lee-McRae on September 3rd for their home opener and to begin a three game home stand.  They will play host to Delta State on September 7th.  It will be the first time Delta State has played LMU in Harrogate since 2004 when LMU was in the Gulf South Conference.  The Lady Railsplitters will host Columbus State on September 10th.  The Cougars are coming off a season in which they lost in the NCAA Semifinals.  After the home stand, LMU will hit the road to Raleigh, North Carolina to face Shaw on September 13th.  .

LMU will begin their SAC schedule on September 16th in Anderson, South Carolina against the Trojans before traveling to Tigerville, South Carolina for their final non-conference game of the season against Conference Carolina's tournament runner up from last season, North Greenville.

The Lady Railsplitters will open up their home SAC schedule on September 23rd when they host Newberry.  The rest of their home SAC schedule will include Coker on September 30th, Mars Hill on October 3rd, Carson-Newman at October 11th, and defending SAC tournament champion Limestone on October 21st.

LMU will finish their regular season with a SAC match at Emory & Henry University on November 1.

This season, LMU will play three developmental matches.  On September 28, they will go to the University of the Cumberlands.  The Lady Railsplitters will host the University of the Cumberlands on October 12, and Tusculum University on October 26.

The SAC championship tournament will have the quarterfinals at the higher seeds site on November 4, 2023.  The championship semis and finals will be held at Matthews, NC. on November 10 & 12, 2023.

All LMU home matches and road SAC matches will be streamed again this year via FloSports, the official streaming service of the South Atlantic Conference.
