Harrogate, TN- Both teams took on Bluefield State today, January 31st, in Mary Mars Gymnasium. The women would drop their dual 10-25 while the men would be victorious, winning with a commanding 39-5.

The women's match would only wrestle out in three weight classes, the rest of the points coming from forfeits to each team. Lincoln Memorial would earn their points of the match in the 116-pound and 136-pound weight class.

LMU would dominate in the men's dual. Porter Finstad would open the match in the 125-pound weight class with a major decision to take the lead 4-0. Hernand Pinto would extend the lead to 7-0 in the 133-pound weight class. Kade Millsaps would be up next and pull out an exciting decision win in the 141-pound weight class, making the score 10-0. Austin Vincent would follow dominantly with a pin in the 149-pound weight class, pushing the lead to 16-0. Two forfeits and a win by Bluefield State in the 174-pound weight class would make the match 28-5. Michael Nunn's technical fall win in the 197-pound weight class and a forfeit in the 285-pound weight class would bring the final score of 39-5.

The women will be back in action of Thursday, February 8th, for a dual at King University, starting at 6 PM. The men's squad will return to Mary Mars on Friday, February 2nd, for a dual against Lander University, starting at 5 PM.
