Harrogate, TN - The Lincoln Memorial women's wrestling team was back in action at home on Wednesday for Senior Night, playing host to the Emory & Henry Wasps. Both seniors for the women's wrestling team were honored prior to Wednesday's match for their dedication and relentlessly competitive spirit.

The night began with five straight forfeitures before the first bout of the evening in the 138 weight class. Back-to-back double forfeits from each team saw the score sitting at 0-0. Emory & Henry claimed back-to-back wins by forfeit in the 117 and 124 class. Lincoln Memorial took a victory by medical forfeit in the 131 class, leaving the score at 10-5 in favor of the visiting Wasps. However, Stephanie Castro knotted things up at 10-10 after claiming a victory by fall in 5:25. Emory & Henry claimed back-to-back victories in the 145 and 160 class before claiming back-to-back wins by forfeit in the 180 and 207 classes, seeing the Wasps claim a 30-10 victory.
