Toccoa, GA – The Lincoln Memorial University Men's Golf team wrapped up the AU/Erskine Currahee Invitational at Currahee Golf Club with a 5th-place finish, posting (+10) 292–288–294–874 in the 54-hole event.
Taking first place was Wingate University with a (–21) 279–281–283–843. USC Aiken finished runner-up at (+2) 293–284–289–866, while Lenoir-Rhyne placed third at (+6) 290–285–295–870.
Leading the Railsplitters was Morgan Cain, who tied for 10th at (–1) 75–68–72–215. Dylan Hussey tied for 13th at (E) 71–71–74–216, and Harry Dickins tied for 25th at (+3) 73–75–71–219. Edward Mason finished T-36 at (+8) 73–74–77–224, while Harry McGuire closed T-65 at (+18) 80–76–78–234. Competing as an individual, Cameron Grabeel tied for 51st at (+12) 73–81–74–228.
The Railsplitters return to action October 13–14 at the Copperhead Championship in Palm Harbor, Fla., hosted on the Copperhead Course at Innisbrook.
