Harrogate, TN - Lincoln Memorial University held their Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 3, at 10 am in Tex Turner Arena. 

LMU President Jason McConnell, DBA, presided over the commencement ceremony, which honored undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree candidates from across the University's schools and colleges.

Among the honorees were many Railsplitter and Lady Railsplitter student athletes and while we have shared their achievements athletically, we wanted to share with you what some of their future plans will be after achieving academically.

Baseball
- Sam Mast plans to use his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing to move Charlson, NC to start a career in sales. 
- Will Shelton plans to use his Masters of Business Administration degree in General Business to attend law school. 
- Chris Hall plans to use his Masters of Business Administration degree in General Business to pursue a career in professional baseball. 

Softball
- Halle Grace Patton plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree to become a dentist.

Cheer
- Shelby Bargy plans on using her Associate of Science in Nursing degree to work as a labor and delivery nurse.

Men's Basketball
- Connor Jordan plans on using his Pre-Physical Therapy degree to attend Physical Therapy school.
- Jordan Walters plans on using his Master of Business Administration degree to start a career.

Women's Basketball
- Matty Tanner plans to use her Bachelor of Science in Elementrary Education degree to begin teaching and start her Master degree. 
- Jamyah Winter plans on using her Bachelor of Business Administration degree to pursue a career in business management.
- Emily Savage plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree to attend LMU-Knoxville's Physician Assistant program.
- Macy Barnes plans on using her Bachelor of Arts in History degree to become a teacher.

Bowling
- Haley Powell plans to use her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Rehabiliation Science to continue her education at LMU's DPT school. 

Men's Cross Country & Track and Field
- Ben Trimm plans on using his Bachelor of Science in Biology degree to move to Knoxville and work in a medical lab.
- Spencer Baldwin plans on using his Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology degree to attend graduate school.
- Marig Engelbrecht plans on using his Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business degree to join the workforce.

Women's Cross Country & Track and Field
- Grace Rose plans on using her Bachelor of Science Exercise and Rehababiliation Science degree to attend LMU's DPT school.
- Aubrey Bachtel plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Health Science degree to become a large animal veterinarian.
- Katilee Croft plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology degree to work in conservation.
- Harper Russell plans on using her Master of Business Administration  in General Business degree to attend LMU's Physician Assistant School in Knoxville

Field Hockey
- Abagayle Auvil plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Health Science degree to attend Mississippi State University for her DVM.
- Leonie Pfisterer plans on using her Master of Science in Life Science Research degree to continue a doctorate in biomedical science.
- Katherine Brislin plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree to pursue a nursing degree.
- Haley White plans on using her Master in Business Administration in Sport Management to begin working in college athletic communications.
- Anella Rossi plans on using her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management degree to pursue an MBA at American International College and continue playing hockey.

- Brock Saunders on using his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing degree to apply for the Calgary Fire Department and coach junior lacrosse.

- Samantha Hulstaert plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree to find a coaching OPT opportunity and stay longer in the U.S.
-  Macie Sumner plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree to work as a registered nurse.
- Ellie Bowen plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree to attend graduate school for speech language pathology.
- Meg Anderson plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Rehabilitation Science degree to attend The University of Kentucky's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.

- Mann-Ning Li plans on using her Master of Science in Psychology degree to work as a GA for LMU Sports Communications.
- Sophia Arayplans on using her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting to gain work experience for a year and then pursue a master's.

Men's Tennis
-  Harper Mills plans on using his Bachelor of Arts in History degree to pursue a master's in Journalism.
- Franco Battaglino plans on using his Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration degree to earn a Master of Health Services Administration at Xavier University.
- Francisco Faggi Risso plans on using his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree to complete an internship in NYC, then attend grad school at the University of Tennessee.
- JeanPaul Santamaria plans on using his Bachelor of Science in Biology degree to attend medical school.
- Akhil Malik plans on using his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree to work full-time at Ernst and Young and coach tennis in his free time.

- Ereyonna Gore plans on using her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Bachelor of Science in Biology degrees to take a gap year for medical field experience and then attend PA school with a cardiovascular specialty.
- Lidija Đokić plans on using her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree to earn an MBA.

Men's Volleyball
- Ethan Morgan plans on using his Master of Business Administration degree to pursue a career in music.
- Asa Labreche  plans on using his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree to go to grad school, work, and get his MBA.
- Tate Colebaugh plans on using his Bachelor of Exercise and Rehabilitation Science degree to attend LMU's Doctor of Physical Therapy School.
- John Luers plans on using his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree to pursue a Master's in Business Administration.
- Luigi Pacini plans on using his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree to pursue a master's in Rome, Italy and continue playing volleyball.
