Harrogate, TN - George Durkan was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Men's At Large First Team.
Durkan, a senior physical education major, finished the academic year with an 3.83 GPA. He finished the season with a national ranking of 18th and posted an adjusted scoring average of 70.6. Durkan posted two top-three finishes, including an individual title at the Tennessee River Rumble, where he finished 71-72-68 (-5). He was also named First Team All-SAC, SAC Golfer of the Year, SAC Men's Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year, PING Division II All-Southeast Region, GCAA 2025 Division II PING All-America Third Team, SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll, and CSC All-District At-Large Teams.
