Harrogate, TN -- Lincoln Memorial senior men's soccer forward Christopher Ramos has been named the First Century Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week. From Peoria, Arizona, Ramos has established a stellar academic career while pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA and earning a spot on the Dean's List at Lincoln Memorial for all four of his semesters. Since transferring to LMU from Scottsdale Community College, Ramos has collected numerous prestigious accolades including being named an A.B.E. Scholar, receiving the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award for two consecutive years, and earning placements on both the 2024-25 and 2025-26 SAC Commissioner's Honor Rolls. Furthermore, he was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma national honor society for student-athletes last year, served as a team representative for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and holds memberships in both the Delta Mu Delta and Phi Theta Kappa honor societies.

On the athletic front, Ramos has made a strong impact during this his second season with the men's soccer team, appearing in six matches with four starts while recording eight total shots, three shots on goal, and logging solid minutes against competitive opponents such as Palm Beach Atlantic, Nova Southeastern, Wingate, Tusculum, Montevallo, and Mars Hill. Seeing limited action in 2025, he totaled one shot in five games last season. Beyond his athletic and academic pursuits, Ramos is an aspiring financial advisor who founded his own business, Arizona Under Pressure, at the age of seventeen, specializing in residential and commercial cleaning services including driveways, windows, and siding. He is also deeply committed to community service, having volunteered alongside his LMU teammates to read to elementary school children and assist at local animal shelters, in addition to his previous community work in Arizona with the St. Mary Food Bank of Arizona feeding people in need and supporting local charter schools. When he is not competing on the pitch or studying for his finance degree, Ramos enjoys spending his leisure time out on Norris Lake aboard a new boat he purchased last year in North Carolina.
