I attended undergrad at Indiana state university where I was a 4 year member of their track and field team as a thrower. My major was anthropology with a forensic science focus and I minored in geographic information sciences (GIS), I participated in several research projects and attended an excavation field school at Pompeii. Athletically, I was on 3 conference champion teams, two indoor and one outdoor, scored at 6 championships, and was all conference for discus once. I had two top ten all time marks, the indoor shot and discus. My PRs were 15.06m in shot put and 49.54m in discus.
