Charlotte Matheson-Watts

Charlotte Matheson-Watts was added to the Lincoln Memorial University strength and conditioning program in the fall of 2020. She directs all strength and conditioning operations for women's volleyball, women's lacrosse, men's and women's tennis, and men's and women's bowling, while assisting with men's lacrosse.

Matheson-Watts comes to LMU from Dartmouth, where she served as a assistant strength and conditioning coach this past year. During her time there, she worked primarily with the men's rugby team. While there, she planned and implemented movement preparation, instructed and taught lifting and conditioning movements, worked with athletic trainers to coordinate plans for injured athletes, and assisted with field skill development.

Prior to Dartmouth, Matheson-Watts served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Alhambra Rugby Union Men's Premier Division (New Zealand) and also served as an intern for the Otago Rugby Academy (New Zealand). She also worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Kavanagh College (New Zealand), working primarily with the rowing team.

She received two bachelor's degrees from Otago University (New Zealand) and received a postgraduate diploma in strength and conditioning in 2019.
