Harrogate, TN -- Women's track and field standout athlete Ashley Parrish has been named this week's Juice Spot Railsplitter of the Week. The recognition comes on the heels of an exceptional series of performances at the South Atlantic Conference Championships held at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Parrish served as a focal point for the Lady Railsplitters throughout the weekend, leading the team through a highly competitive field to secure multiple podium finishes, including a conference championship in the weight throw. Her winning mark of 55.05 feet earned her a gold medal and established her as a premier force within the conference. Parrish maintained her momentum into the shot put competition, where she secured a runner-up finish with a toss of 42.68 feet. These combined efforts provided a significant points boost for the Lady Railsplitters and cemented her status as one of the top throwers in the region.
