HARROGATE, Tenn. – The LMU men's tennis team opened South Atlantic Conference play with a win as they defeated Catawba 8-1 Saturday afternoon in the Indoor Tennis Facility

The Railsplitters improve to 5-3 on the year and 1-0 in the SAC with the win. Catawba falls to 2-4 and 0-1 in SAC play.

LMU swept the doubles and took five of the six singles to capture the win.

The Railsplitters will play at Carson-Newman Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.
