GREENVILLE, S.C. – Lincoln Memorial University men's soccer team fall to a late header by Anderson University in the 83rd minute on Saturday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Renato Oban gave the Trojans the lead after finishing a ball off the post from Alexand Cox-Ashwood in the 39th minute of action.
Railsplitters defender
Tom O'Brien notched a goal off of a cross from midfielder Kazimir Lauber to tie the match in the 82nd minute of the match.
In about 90 seconds of the LMU goal, Anderson's Colin Burris headed a ball in off of a direct kick from Jhon Vacca to regain the lead, leading to a setback for the Blue and Gray.

The Railsplitters trailed the Trojans in shots (10-21), shots on goal (3-9) and led in corner kicks (7-3) on Saturday afternoon.
THE KEEPERS
AU – Gal Elyahiv notched a pair of saves and one goal against in 90 minutes of play.
LMU –
Robin Hermann steered away seven shots faced for the Railsplitters with two goals against.
HISTORICALLY SPEAKING
After today's setback, LMU maintains the lead all-time in head-to-head play against the Trojans at 7-5-1 dating back to September of 2007.
