Box Score HARROGATE, Tenn. - Down numerous starters and facing a nationally-ranked opponent in Bluefield State, the Lincoln Memorial University men's tennis team (1-1) suffered their first defeat of the season in a hard-fought 5-1 loss Sunday evening inside the Indoor Tennis Facility.

Jake Tuchmann provided LMU with their lone point as he notched a 6-3, 6-0 win at the number three spot, improving his record to 2-0 on the young season.

LMU will be back in action and look to get back in the win column this coming Thursday at home as they are slated to face Salem and Belmont Abbey starting at 9 a.m.
