Box Score Mars Hill, NC- The Lady Railsplitters took on the Mars Hill Lions this afternoon in Mars Hill, NC. Kickoff was shortly underway on this Wednesday evening.
 
The first half started up and within the first 6 minutes of the game Mars Hill's Zoie Steinkamp scored the first goal of the game. Both Alicia Bevins and Ryan Branson came out shooting for their team in the beginning of the first half. Later in the half, Jordan Hellman and Merel Houweling both continued the shooting for LMU. The Lions scored their second goal from Kenzie Quinley late in the first half.
 
In the second half Ryan Branson continued shooting alongside new attempts from Corrine Denton, Meg Anderson, Emma Snider and Anne Van de Munt. Both teams were kept scoreless in the second half. The Lady Railsplitters fell short with their goal attempts and the final score was 0-2, Mars Hill.
 
 
The Mars Hill Lions took the victory over Lincoln Memorial this Wednesday evening with a final score of 0-2. The Lady Railsplitters will be back in action home, Saturday October 8, 2022 at 1 pm.
