Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 The Lincoln Memorial University tennis programs  split a pair of matches Friday evening with the University of Charleston (WV) at the tennis indoor center.

The LMU men's program were beaten 6-1 by the Golden Eagles in their season opener, while the Lady Railsplitters came back from a big deficit to win 4-3. The women raised their record to 2-1 on the spring.

Both UC teams came into the season after finishing in the national rankings, with the women at #29 and the men at #43.
