The Lincoln Memorial women's volleyball team is set to face Anderson at 7 p.m. on Friday and Newberry at 2 p.m. on Saturday this weekend at Mary Mars Gym. The Railsplitters (5-9, 3-3 South Atlantic Conference) are coming off a three-set loss at undefeated Mars Hill on Tuesday night. This is the second consecutive weekend at home for Lincoln Memorial, as the team beat conference foes Emory & Henry and UVA Wise last week.

Railsplitter Strikes
- LMU ranks third in the conference in total attacks (1,607), fourth in total digs (668) and fifth in total kills (503), assists (467) and blocks (70) entering this weekend's matchups.
- Freshman setter Amana Lisi leads the conference and stands at No. 66 in NCAA Division II in total assists with 401. Lisi is fourth in the conference in assists/set (8.02).
- Junior outside hitter Kristen Moehring stands at fourth in conference in total attacks (359), sixth in total kills (119) and ninth in service aces (16).
- Junior libero MJ Trujillo ranks seventh in the SAC with 149 total digs.

SCOUTING ANDERSON: The Trojans swept Newberry on Tuesday to improve their record to 10-3 (4-2 SAC). They're currently third in the Piedmont division behind No. 24 Wingate and Lenoir-Rhyne. Anderson has been strong at the net, leading the conference and ranking No. 13 in Division II in blocks/set at 2.48, while coming in at second in the SAC and No. 20 overall in hitting percentage (.263).

Individually, Jaelyn Grimm leads the conference in both blocks per set (1.29) and total blocks (53) while ranking No. 14 in Division II in blocks/set. Setter Madison Roy is the SAC leader in assists/set with 10.66 (22nd nationally).

SCOUTING NEWBERRY: The Wolves are riding a three-game losing streak to come into the weekend at 6-7 (1-4 SAC). Most recently, Newberry lost 3-0 at Anderson on Tuesday. Serving is a strength for the Wolves as they rank in the Top 5 of the conference in both total aces (74, fourth) and aces per sets (1.76, fifth).
