Box Score Anderson, SC – The Lady Railsplitters took on the Anderson Trojans in South Carolina this Saturday afternoon. Lincoln Memorial fell to Anderson, 58-66. The Lady Railsplitters are now 10-6 overall and 3-4 in conference.  
 
In quarter 1, Saquita Joyner started LMU off with a layup. Saquita Joyner put up an additional 7 points, Alexa Smiddy put up 2 points, Jordan Maney had a 3-pointer, Geovana Rios put up 2 points, and Kadija Conteh put up 2 points. As a team, LMU made 9 rebounds in the 1^st quarter. In the 2^nd quarter, Jordan Maney started it off with a layup. She put an additional 2 points up from free throws. Saquita Joyner put up 4 points and Alexa Smiddy put up a 3-pointer. LMU had 9 rebounds in the 2^nd quarter, led by Geovana Rios with 3 rebounds.
 
At the start of the 2^nd half, Alexa Smiddy started it off with a layup. Alexa Smiddy put up an additional 2 points from free throws. Saquita Joyner put up 4 points, Lauren Flowers put up 2 points, and Geovana Rios put up 2 points. LMU recorded 10 rebounds in the 3^rd quarter. In the 4^th quarter, Alexa Smiddy made a layup to start things up. Alexa Smiddy put up an additional 9 points. Saquita Joyner put up 5 points and Lauren Flowers put up 2 points. Saquita Joyner had 3 steals in the last quarter. Lincoln Memorial had 10 rebounds as a team in the 4^th quarter.
 
The Lady Railsplitters fell to the Anderson University Trojans, 58-66 this Saturday afternoon. Lincoln Memorial will be back in action Wednesday, January 18, 2023, on the road at Mars Hill at 5:30 pm.
