The Railsplitters started strong with an early ace and kill by
Justin Sharfenaker earning them a 6-2 lead. A later 3-0 scoring run, consisting of terminations by

Three
Cole Campisano kills highlighted an early 6-0 rally for the Railsplitters to give them a 7-2 lead, but the Tornado came up with a 4-0 run to get within one at 8-7. Lincoln Memorial led for the majority of the set until King knotted the score at 22-all. The teams alternated two-point sprees, the first of which was a Gentry kill and then ace, before the hosts clinched thanks to a pair of errors on the Tornado.
