Harrogate, TN- The Lincoln Memorial Women's Soccer Team (7-3-2, 3-1,2) will face Carson-Newman (4-4-2, 3,3,1) at 1 PM on Wednesday, October 11th, at the LMU Lacrosse Complex with the men's game to follow at 4 PM.

The Lady Railsplitters lost to nationally ranked (#2) Catawba on Saturday 1-3, with Carla Wilson scoring her second goal of the week. Her first came in their Tuesday matchup against Mars Hill, where her late penalty kick score would end the game as a tie. 

Carson-Newman enters this week coming off a 0-3 loss against #22 Lenoir-Rhyne. Felicia Frick leads the Lady Eagles with eight total points on the season from two goals and four assists. Goalkeeping has resulted in a .660 save percentage on the year, a number the Lady Railsplitters are looking to decrease. 
Carson-Newman holds the edge in the 32 matchups between the two programs' history. This matchup will be a special one, as LMU has it dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness Month and will be playing for a specific cause.
