GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – The Lincoln Memorial men's volleyball team swept Tusculum (25-12, 25-12, 25-14) Tuesday night at Pioneer Arena. The win improved the Railsplitters' record to 10-4 while dropping Tusculum to 3-10.
Set 1: Lincoln Memorial 25-12
The visitors got off to a 9-2 advantage before cruising to an easy opening set win. Both
Matthew Gentry and
Cole Campisano went for three kills and an ace each to pace the Lincoln Memorial offense in the first frame.
Set 2: Lincoln Memorial 25-12

Justin Sharfenaker and
Kohl Kutsch highlighted an early 5-0 scoring run that gave the Railsplitters an 11-4 edge, which they would continue to expand until clinching the set on a John Negron termination. Sharfenaker's three kills led Lincoln Memorial in the second set.
Set 3: Lincoln Memorial 25-14
Lincoln Memorial once again breezed by the host Pioneers to clinch the set and match after never having trailed in the third period. Sharfenaker again led the visitors in kills in the third stanza, this time with five.
