The Lincoln Memorial men's basketball team will travel to Hickory, N.C., for their final road game of the season on Saturday at 4 p.m. This will serve as the only regular season matchup between the Railsplitters (25-2, 15-1 South Atlantic Conference) and Bears (10-14, 5-11 SAC). Lincoln Memorial has won six straight games to right the ship after an 80-78 setback at Tusculum on Jan. 25. The Railsplitters are 26-10 all-time against the Bears, including 11-7 on the road.

Martez Brown's season highs in points (24) and rebounds (18).

RAILSPLITTER STRIKES (through games played Feb. 14)
- Lincoln Memorial leads the SAC in assists per game (20.0, fourth in Division II), field goal percentage (52.6, second), rebounding margin (+9.0, eighth), scoring margin (+19.3, third) and scoring offense (89.4 points per game, eighth) so far this season.
- Rankin stands at first in Division II in both total assists (189) and assists per game (7.0). The graduate guard's 3.15 assist-to-turnover ratio leads the SAC and ranks ninth nationally.
- Martez Brown's 233 total rebounds leads the league and ranks No. 21 in the country.
- Matthew Sells has made 63 3-pointers this season, good for fifth in the conference.
- Rankin earned the SAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week honor on Jan. 16, while redshirt sophomore guard Me'Kell Burries won it on Jan. 9. Quay Kennedy most recently earned the honor on Feb. 6.
- Rankin advanced to being named to the Top 50 Watch List for the Bevo Francis Award on Feb. 15, which is given to the player who had the finest overall season within Small College Basketball.
SCOUTING LENOIR-RHYNE: The Bears bring up the rear in the Piedmont Division with a 5-11 SAC record (10-14 overall). Their physicality results in them being league leaders in fouls per game (15.1) while ranking second in the SAC in scoring defense, allowing 69.5 points per game.

Graduate guard L.J. McCoy leads the league and ranks No. 22 nationally with a 44.2 3-point percentage, while senior forward TJ Nesmith boasts a 58.8 field goal percentage good for second in the SAC and No. 32 in Division II.
