Box Score Tampa, FL – The Lady Railsplitters were on the road, down in Florida, taking on the #7 ranked Tampa Spartans. Lincoln Memorial fell to the Spartans 18-4, now 1-2 on the season.
 
Lincoln Memorial came out eager to take on the 7^th nationally ranked Tampa. In the 1^st quarter, Tampa's Allie Peebles received draw control to get the game underway. Keegan Gillman saved the first shot of the game. The Spartans continued to shoot on goal, getting 11 shots in goal during the 1^st quarter. Keegan Gillman had another save and then Elle Miller recorded a save when she was entered in the game. Ali Van Der Ziel took a shot on goal that was saved and Jamie Small fired a shot just slightly wide of the goal. Sophia Gardea scored the first goal of the game assisted by Halle Hensley for Lincoln Memorial with 56 seconds remaining in the quarter.
 
Quarter 2's draw control was won by Tampa, followed by a shot taken that was blocked by LMU. Chandler Bell fired a shot that was saved by Alex Walling. Samantha Billingsley won the draw control after a Tampa goal. Chandler Bell came out again with a shot that missed wide and had a free position shot that was saved by Walling. Ana Carney had draw control which led to a shot from Ali Van Der Ziel missing wide.
 
In the 3^rd quarter, Jaedyn Reba received draw control and gave LMU a free position attempt, leading to Ana Carney taking a free position shot on goal. Josie Tinnerello assisted by Chandler Bell, scored LMU's 2^nd goal of the game. Following the goal, Jaedyn Ryba gained draw control and gave LMU another free position attempt, allowing Camdyn Bullard to take a shot on goal. Haleigh Barnett took a shot in a free position to close out the quarter.
 
In the 4^th quarter, Tampa gained draw control. Camdyn Bullard and Jaedyn Ryba both took shots on goal, saved by Kyli Warnkin. Jaedyn Ryba scored the team's 3^rd goal of the game. Haleigh Barnett took another shot on goal before assisting Ryann Doyle with a goal. Elle Miller recorded 4 saves in the last quarter, reaching 100 saves in her career.
