@LMUWLAX Falls to #17 Ranked Flagler

St. Augustine, FL - The Lady Railsplitters were on the road, down in Florida, taking on the #17 ranked Flagler College. Lincoln Memorial fell to the Saints 17-7, now 1-3 on the season.
 
Lincoln Memorial came out with fire this afternoon against the #17 ranked Saints. In period 1, Jaedyn Ryba came up with the draw control. Flagler took 2 shots on goal and Elle Miller had saved both. Chandler Bell scored her first goal of the game bringing the score to 3-1. After the goal, Ryann Doyle came up with the draw control, leading to Chandler Bell scoring yet again for LMU assisted by Camdyn Bullard. Elle Miller came up with 3 more saves by the end of the period. In period 2, Ali Van Der Ziel took a shot on goal early on but it was saved by Ribadeneira. Later on, Ali Van Der Ziel took another shot and got it past the goalie for LMU's 3rd goal of the game, assisted by Chandler Bell. Savannah Telemeco picked up a groundball to end the period.
 
Going into the 2nd half the score was 12-3, Flagler. At the start of the 3rd period, Ryann Doyle came up with the draw control and made a good clear attempt. Chandler Bell fired a shot and just missed a little wide on goal. Elle Miller recorded 1 save on the period. To start off the 4th period, Haleigh Barnett came up with a ground ball and had a good clear attempt for LMU. Chandler Bell took another shot and it was saved by Bawcombe. Right after, Josie Tinnerello scored LMU's 4th goal assisted by Ali Van Der Ziel. Ana Carney gained draw control allowing Ali Van Der Ziel to score her 2nd goal of the game, assisted by Camdyn Bullard. Chandler Bell scored her 3rd goal and Kayla Harrington scored her first for LMU. Jaedyn Ryba ended the game with a shot on goal saved by Schwab. Lincoln Memorial's defense only allowed 1 shot on goal the entire 4th period.
