Harrogate, TN - Two days after falling to conference leading Wingate on the road, the Lincoln Memorial field hockey team is slated to be back in action on Monday, this time at home, playing host to Belmont Abbey. The game was originally scheduled for earlier this season, but due to the effects of hurricane Helene, was postponed until Oct. 14.

Both teams are winless up to this point in the season, joining Coker as the only winless teams in the South Atlantic Conference. Lincoln Memorial is seeking both its first conference and home win in program history. In two prior meetings with Belmont Abbey, the Railsplitters fell 0-6 in 2022 and 0-3 in 2023. Lincoln Memorial has shown dramatic improvement this season and looks to parlay its continued growth into Monday's game.

Monday's game is slated for 3 PM at the LMU Lacrosse Complex.
