Jefferson City, TN - The Lincoln Memorial men's soccer team is looking to continue their 3-game win streak as they face Carson-Newman on Wednesday on the road. 

The first match between the two teams was in September of 2007, where the Railsplitters defeated the Eagles 1-0. The most recent match up between LMU and Carson-Newman was last season in October of 2023, where the Railsplitters also came out victorious 1-0. Lincoln Memorial is winning the series, with the record being 11-10-1. 

The Railsplitters are coming off of a 1-0 shutout against Newberry, where the lone goal of the game came from Enrique Martin in the 70th minute. Botond Skulka is currently in the lead on the team in points with 7, while Ronan O'Mahony is second with 6 points. 

Carson-Newman is coming off of a 5-1 loss against Carson-Newman. 

In the most recent United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll (released October 8), Lincoln Memoral was receiving votes. 

In the SAC standings, Lincoln Memorial is sitting in 3rd place while Carson-Newman is tied for 6th with Newberry. 

Kickoff is set for 5 pm.
