Harrogate, TN - The Lincoln Memorial men's soccer team defeats #9 Wingate on Saturday evening. This is only the fourth time beating the Bulldogs, with the most recent LMU win being in 2018.

The Railsplitters started scoring early with Leandro Dos Santos Haesler scoring in the 2nd minute with an assist from Dati Chinchaladze. LMU also scored in the beginning of the second half; Tajay Grant scored off of Chinchaladze's second assist of the game. 

With the win, Lincoln Memorial improves to 5-2-2 overall and 2-2-1 in the SAC. We also move to third in the conference standings.

The Railsplitters' next match will be in Newberry, SC as they face Newberry on October 12 at 3:30 pm.
