Harrogate, TN - The Lincoln Memorial men's soccer team defeat the Wasps of Emory & Henry 4-1 to wrap up the regular season.
LMU had four different goal scorers on the night, with the first goal being scored by 
Tajay Grant in the 13th minute, assisted by 
Carlos Herrera. The next goal by the Railsplitters would be scored in the 40th minute by 
Botond Skulka with an assist coming from 
Axel Larsen. 
Lincoln Memorial scored early into the second half, with 
Lucas De Pedro scoring in the 47th minute off of a 
Hayden Pendergrass assist. The last goal that Lincoln Memorial scored was in the 51st minute by 
Guilherme Galvão, assisted by 
Leandro Dos Santos Haesler. Emory & Henry would score their only goal of the game in the 78th minute scored by Greg Ona Vera, unassisted. The Railsplitters would be able to keep the Wasps from scoring again to secure the 4-1 win.
With the win, the Railsplitters improve to 9-3-3 overall and 6-3-2 in conference play. Their next match will be the SAC Quarterfinals, but the opponent, date, and time is yet to be determined.Â
