Lexington, KY- The AVCA has released their 2024 DII Women's Volleyball All-America awards this week, with LMU's Kristen Moehring receiving Honorable Mention.  Moehring becomes the first LMU Women's Volleyball player to be named as an AVCA All-American.

Moehring is a graduate student outside from Palm City, Florida. Her career has her in sixth place all-time in kills at LMU (1,150). She ended the 2024 season leading the South Atlantic Conference in kills (367) and kills per set (3.78). She also earned 29 aces and a receiving percentage of .950 on the season. She earns the honor after receiving both All-Conference and All-Southeast Region selections.
