Gaffney, SC - The Lincoln Memorial women's basketball team will travel to Gaffney, SC to face the Limestone Saints Wednesday evening for a 5:30 pm tip-off.

This is the 9th meeting between the two teams, where LMU is leading the series record 5-3. The first game between the Lady Railsplitters and the Saints was in December of 2019, where LMU fell 66-81. In their most recent match up last season, which was in March of 2024, Lincoln Memorial came out victorious 65-52. 

Lincoln Memorial is coming off of a loss against Catawba. Alexa Smiddy led the team in points with 14, while Kamil Collier led in rebounds with 11 and Matty Tanner registered a team-high 5 assists. 

Tanner is the team-leader in points, averaging 12.2 points a game, with Collier right behind her averaging 11.5 points a game. THe team-leader in rebounds is Collier, as she is averaging 10 rebounds a game. Lexi Patty is second on the team in rebounds, recording an average of 4.8 rebounds a game. 

Limestone is coming off of a 68-55 loss against Coker. 

In the SAC standings, Lincoln Memorial is sitting in 3rd, while Limestone is currently in 11th.
