Harrogate, TN- The Lincoln Memorial University Men's and Women's team competed in the indoor tennis facility on Sunday. The teams took on Young Harris College in non-conference play. 

Both the men's and women's teams fell to Young Harris 3-4. Carla Ramonet and Mar Garcia Bucosa were the only duo of the day to win in the second match of doubles. Adriana Pellizzari, a freshman, won her singles match in the 1 slot. This makes her 2-0 against competitors in the singles. Sophia Aray and Tania Sfilio also picked up wins.  

On the men's side, all three doubles teams took victory. Sergio Boneta Aranzeta and Alexandru Giurea competed in the first doubles match. Second up to court was Nic Goslar and Harper Mills. The third doubles team, Franco Battaglingo and Radu Florea won for a clean sheet on the day. Giurea and Battaglino had only two singles match-up wins of the day.  

The teams will be back at home February the 10th when they take on the University of the Cumberlands.
