Harrogate, TN- The Lincoln Memorial University men's and women's tennis teams are gearing up for a trip to Newberry, South Carolina, scheduled for this Saturday. 

The men's team assert a winning streak in their last three encounters against Newberry College. In their most recent match up on April 1, 2023, the Railsplitters clinched victory in a tightly contested 4-3 match. 

In the latest ITA poll released on March 20th, Railsplitters Thom Hermans and Harper Mills were recognized as one of the top doubles partners in Division 2 tennis, ranking 47th. With a remarkable season thus far, the Railsplitters aspire to strengthen their presence in SAC play 

On the women's side, the last match up was on April 1, 2023, and the Lady Railsplitters fell 2-5.  

Going into the match, the Railsplitters boast a record of 12-6 overall, with a 3-3 standing in conference play. They currently find themselves tied with Newberry in the SAC standings. 

The Lady Railsplitters holds a 7-10 overall record, with a 1-5 standing in SAC play. Meanwhile, the Wolves maintain a 3-3 record in SAC matches.
