Harrogate, TN- The Railsplitter men's tennis team swept Davis & Elkins College this afternoon at the indoor tennis complex.  

The Railsplitters took down the Senators in a 7-0 series.  

In the doubles, Nic Goslar and William Jonsson took the #1 slot, beating their opponents Duarten Correia and Sean Ariel Maphosa 6-4. 

In the #2 doubles match-up, Franco Battaglino and Radu Florea won in a quick sdsd 6-3. 

Luca Pavan and Mateo Rivera Carbajal made their third start in the #3 doubles match up. The duo fell to their competitors, Kyle Hawthorne and Mauro Cupelli. 

Sophomore, Sandro Pacheco Perez played his second match of the year, going 2-0 in singles matchups. Another sophomore, Mathias Roy made his first debut of the year in the singles match ups. The Canada native beat his opponent, making him 1-0 on his second year.

The Railsplitters are now 8-3 on the year and are ranked 38th in ITA polls. They will take on Coker in the indoor tennis complex this Saturday at 11:00 AM EST.
