Harrogate, TN - Four days after dropping a tightly contested game on Senior Day against the Newberry Wolves, the Lincoln Memorial women's lacrosse team is slated to wrap up regular season play at home against the Emory & Henry Wasps on Wednesday. Lincoln Memorial currently bolsters a record of 5-10 overall with a 4-5 mark in conference play. Emory & Henry currently has a 1-15 record with an 0-9 mark in conference play. The Railsplitters are one game behind the UVA-Wise Cavaliers in conference standings. The Cavaliers will take on the Tusculum Pioneers in the final game of their regular season. With a loss, UVA-Wise and Lincoln Memorial would be tied in conference standings. However, the Cavaliers hold the head-to-head match up by one goal. Following the game with Emory & Henry, Lincoln Memorial will await its conference seeding fate for the upcoming women's lacrosse conference tournament. First draw for Wednesday's game is slated for 3:00 PM at the LMU Lacrosse Complex in Harrogate.
