Morrow, GA - The Lincoln Memorial men's soccer team will travel to Morrow, GA for their last non conference match up of the year against the Clayton State Lakers on Wednesday, October 15th at 1 pm. 

The two teams have faced each other three times, with the most recent contest being 15 years ago on September 22, 2010, where the Railsplitters fell to the Lakers 0-3. The last time that Lincoln Memorial and Clayton State faced off in Morrow was on September 13, 2008, and LMU fell in double overtime 1-2. 

Lincoln Memorial is coming off of their third SAC win of the season as they shut out Newberry 1-0 on October 11th. Hays Adams scored the lone goal in the 44th minute, assisted by Dani Cruz. 

Currently, Gian-Carlo Kama is leading the team in points with six for team-high three goals, and Ronan O'Mahony Blondel is the team leader in assists with four. Kama is also the team-leader in shots and shots on goal with 22 and 10, respectively. Goalkeeper Daniel Benedek Miklosi has 29 saves on the season. 

In the South Atlantic Conference, O'Mahony Blondel is leading in assists per game (0.50) and in total assists (4). Kama is 6th in shot accuracy (0.500), 8th in shots per game (2.22), and 5th in total goals (3). Benedek Miklosi is 4th in saves per game (2.90), 5th in shutouts (2) and 5th in total saves (29). 

Nationally, O'Mahony Blondel is 23th in total assists and 24th in assists per game. 

The Lakers are coming off of a 3-1 loss against Flagler College on October 11th. 

The Railsplitters are entering the midweek contest with a 3-6-1 overall record and an conference record of 3-2-1. In the SAC standings, Lincoln Memorial is tied for 3rd place with Emory & Henry. 

Clayton State is coming into Wednesday with a 4-5-3 overall record and a 3-3-1 conference record. The Lakers are 4th in the Peach Belt Conference standings.
