Harrogate, TN - Four days after falling to the 7th-ranked Lander Bearcats in a hard-fought contest at home, the Lincoln Memorial field hockey team is slated to be on the road Saturday at Converse in Spartanburg, SC. The last time the two met, Lincoln Memorial emerged victorious over the Valkyries 1-0, at home. Entering the contest 3-5, the Railsplitters are one win away from setting a new mark in single season victories. After opening the season 2-2, Converse has rattled off four straight wins, improving to 6-2 on the season with a 3-1 mark in conference play.
