Wingate, NC - The Lincoln Memorial women's soccer team will look to get their second SAC win of the season as they travel to Wingate, NC to face the Wingate Bulldogs on Saturday at 3:30 pm.
Saturday's meeting being the 26th all-time contest between the Railsplitters and the Bulldogs. The most recent match up between the two teams was last season in Matthews, NC at the 2024 SAC Tournament Semifinals on November 15, 2024, where Lincoln Memorial defeated Wingate 5-4. If victorious, the weekend contest would be the first time in program history that LMU defeats Wingate on their home turf.

Nationally, Filsner is 20th in total assists, and Cooke is 19th in total saves.
As a team, LMU is 2nd in saves per game (5.33), 4th in corner kicks per game (5.78), and 5th in shutout percentage (0.44).
Wingate is coming off of a 2-0 win at Mars Hill on October 1st.
The Railsplitters are entering Saturday with a 4-3-2 overall record and a conference record of 1-2-1. In the SAC, LMU is tied for 3rd with Coker, Tusculum, and Emory & Henry.
The Bulldogs are going into the weekend with a 4-3 overall record and a conference record of 1-2. Wingate is tied for 4th in the SAC standings with Newberry.
