Matthews, NC – Lincoln Memorial men's soccer stays in Matthews, NC to face the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears on Sunday, November 16th at 4 pm for a chance at SAC Champion title and an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.

Sunday's meeting will be the 20th overall contest and the second meeting this season between the Railsplitters and the Bears, with LMU winning the series 10-8-1. They most recently faced each other earlier this season on September 11th , where Lincoln Memorial got the 2-0 victory. Sunday will be the first time that the two teams will play against eachother in Matthews. 

Lincoln Memorial is coming off of a 1-0 semifinal win over #2 seed Emory & Henry in the SAC semifinal on November 14th. Enrique Martin scored the early goal in the 13th minute, with the assist coming from Botond Skulka. 

Currently, Gian-Carlo Kama is the team-leader in points with 15 for seven goals and one assist, and Ronan O'Mahony Bondel is leading the team in assists with five. Kama also leads in shots and shots on goal with 36 and 17, respectively. Daniel Benedel Miklosi has 63 saves on the season. 

In the South Atlantic Conference, O'Mahony Blondel is leading in assists per game (0.36) and tied for leading in total assists (5). Kama is fourth in goals per game (0.41), seventh in points per game (0.88), second in total goals (7), and second in total points (15). Skulka is sixth in assists per game (0.29). Benedek Miklosi is fifth in save percentage (75.9%), third in saves per game (3.71), and leading the conference in total saves (63). Kama and Martin and both fourth in game winning goals (2). 

As a team, Lincoln Memorial fifth in assists per game fifth in points per game (3.47), third in save percentage (76.7%), second in saves per game (3.88), fifth in scoring offense (1.24), and fourth in total assists (21). 

The Railsplitters are entering Friday's match with a 8-7-2 overall record. 

The Bears are coming into Friday with a 8-4-4 overall record.
