Emory, VA - The Lincoln Memorial men's soccer team looks gain three more conference points as they travel to Emory, VA on Wednesday for the regular season finale against the Emory & Henry Wasps at 7:30 pm.

Wednesday's meeting will be the 4th overall contest between LMU and E&H, with Lincoln Memorial undefeated in the series 3-0. The most recent match up between the Railsplitters and the Wasps was last season at home on November 6th, 2024, where LMU came out victorious 4-1. The only time that Lincoln Memorial has faced Emory & Henry in Emory was on November 1st, 2023, and the Railsplitters shut out the Wasps 6-0. 

Lincoln Memorial looking to continue their win streak as they are coming off of a 1-0 win over #5 Anderson on October 28th. Enrique Martin scored the game-winning goal in the 64th minute, with the assist coming from Filip Jeppesen. Goalkeeper Daniel Benedek Miklosi recorded five saves on the match along with his fourth shutout of the season.

Currently, Gian-Carlo Kama leading the team in points with 14 for seven goals, and Ronan O'Mahony Bondel is the team-leader in assists with four. Kama also leads in shots and shots on goal with 31 and 16, respectively. Benedek Miklosi has 50 saves on the season.

In the South Atlantic Conference, Kama is third in game-winning goals (2), second in goals per game (0.50), second in points per game (1), third in shot accuracy (51.6%), fourth in shots on goal per game (1.14), second in total goals (7), and second in total points (14). O'Mahony Blondel is leading the conference in assists per game (0.36) and second in total assists (4). Botond Skulka is seventh in assists per game (0.25) and seventh in total assists (3). Benedek Miklosi is fifth in the SAC in save percentage (73.5%), fourth in saves per game (3.57), fifth in shutouts (4), and second in total saves (50).

As a team, Lincoln Memorial is fourth in save percentage (74.6%), second in saves per game (3.79), and fifth in total goals (17). 

Emory & Henry is coming off of a 1-0 win against Wingate on November 1st. 

The Railsplitters are entering the midweek contest with a 6-7-1 overall record and an conference record of 6-2-1. In the SAC standings, Lincoln Memorial is in 2nd place with 19 points.

E&H is coming into Wednesday with a 7-3-4 overall record and a 6-1-2 conference record. The Wasps are tied for 1st place with Anderson in the SAC standings with 20 points.
