Harrogate, TN – Lincoln Memorial men's soccer enters the SAC tournament as the #3 seed and hosts the #6 Coker Cobras Sunday, November 9
th at 3 pm at LMU Lacrosse Complex.
Sunday's match up will be the 15th all-time meeting between the Raisplitters and the Cobras, with LMU falling in the series 4-5-5. The most recent contest between the two teams was earlier this season on September 27th, 2025 at home, and the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
Lincoln Memorial ended the regular season with a 1-1 draw against Emory & Henry on November 5th.
Antonio Talavera scored the equalizer with just two seconds left in the match, with
Thomas Chao earning the assist.
Currently,
Gian-Carlo Kama is the team-leader points with 14 for seven goals, and Ronan O'Mahony Bondel leads in assists with four. Kama also leads in shots and shots on goal with 32 and 17, respectively.
Daniel Benedek Miklosi has 52 saves on the season.
In the South Atlantic Conference, O'Mahony Blondel is tied for leading in assists per game (0.33) and second in total assists (4). Botond Skulka is ninth in assists per game (0.23). SAC Defensive Player of the Week Benedek Miklosi is fifth in the SAC in save percentage (73.2%), fourth in saves per game (3.47), fifth in shutouts (4), and second in total saves (52).
As a team, Lincoln Memorial is fourth in save percentage (74.3%), third in saves per game (3.67), fifth in scoring offense (1.20), and fifth in total goals (18).
The Railsplitters are entering the the weekend contest with a 6-7-2 overall record and an conference record of 6-2-2, and are entering the tournament as the #3 seed.
The Cobras are coming into Sunday with a 3-4-7 overall record and a 3-4-3 conference record, and are entering the tournament as the #6 seed.
Admission will be charged for Sunday's SAC Men's Soccer Quarterfinal match at LMU Lacrosse Complex. The first 50 students will receive free admission!
