HARROGATE, Tenn. - The LMU Men's Tennis team finished up their first conference match of the season against Anderson University. The No. 22 ranked team would have gotten their first conference win of the season, winning 4-0. 

Finishing their opponents off with ease was Ethan Hirons and Radu Florea at No. 3 doubles winning 6-2. At No. 2 doubles was Harper Mills and Sergio Boneta Aranzeta and they fell to the Trojans 2-6. Securing the doubles point for the team was Alexandru Giurea and Hugo Ruiz Espejo at No.1 doubles who won 7-5. 

Starting off the singles strong was Ethan Hirons at No. 6 singles, winning 6-0, 6-1. At No. 1 singles was Alexandru Giurea, who defeated his opponent definitively with a score of 6-3, 6-2. Clinching the match for the win, was Sergio Boneta Aranzeta who took down the Trojans 6-4, 7-5. 

The LMU Men's Tennis team will be back in action on Wednesday, March 5th, at Cleveland, TN, against Lee University.
